Dad is a Virgo and does get all the tummy stuff..Sick quite often ,careful what he eats and when I was a very small child (2/3) I remember him being in bed for a long time with some kind of ulcer and could only eat milk puddings and baby type foods...

I thought diseases and ailments were what one talked about when you got past a certain point in life...

It says on the Adbloc comments thingy for Google Chrome,which I mostly use,that it slows your browser down..Is that true..??
And if I install it and it does slow it down loads,can I uninstall it easily?

Although I have firefox as well cos FMP wont let me do MILITARY or PASSENGER searches with my google chrome,they just keep saying its my fault,not theirs...

Can't be doing with all this medical stuff........

.I never, ever, ever wanted to be a nurse and ended up with

a mother with MS,

a dad with heart probs, a husband with heart, Parkinsons, gallstones and hiatus hernia,

and a daughter with Asperger's and varying ailments..........

and I looked after them all!

Even OH's mum wanted to come and stay with us just prior to her death........

re Google Chrome ---I installed it when got my new laptop --- it was horrendous -- all I ever got were "conflicts with Chrome" and crashes

-- I had dial up at the time -- when I got my broadband switched to FireFox --- and it it miles better --

I never use IE --- though it is installed -- FireFox recommended add blocker and I never have ads of anysort any where --

I have the free Microsoft Security Essential as my virus do dah --

I'm a Scorpio and was born in the year of the Tiger. Never believe I am ill, never go to doctors cos I have to sit with sick people. When I take OH it's always the first appointment, even his hospital appointments are the first of a session.

I don't know how you stand Google Chrome. I tried it out and hated it so much after 5 minutes I gave it the death sentence. Don't really remember why.

I think it's the ads themselves that slow things down. Adblock doesn't actually stop them from loading, it just stops you from seeing them.


As for that astrology stuff ... I am the peak of perfection and the crown of creation -- so obviously I'm a virgo!!

I got the gemini with diabetes. Don't know what I did to deserve that either. Forgot to kick the tires, apparently.
