Fans

Yes undercoat does work as it is oil based --so acts as a sealant

spray with bleach first to kill any mould spores than may be there ---

If you have not got sugar soap -- wash with washing up liquid to get rid of any grease ----bleach will not clear of grease --- then bleach after wards

I am lucky - I have a 'wonderful' bed-settee thingy in the spare room - It is VERY comfortable and folds down to a 'more than' king sized REALLY comfy bed.

As I am quite small, I can sleep on it full length when it is still a settee so when my breathing is REALLY bad, or the 'hiatus hernia' pain is REALLY bad, I can sleep on there sitting up !!

I am sure when you get your results your problem will be easily and quickly sorted - Hope so anyway !!

Renes had a look at that site you posted. Not FTM but can be created on FTM using descendants charts. Using this chart all siblings appear, using ancestors chart only the direct line from the selected person created. I prefer descendants chart. Also you can change the colours and shape of the boxes, Blue for males, pink for females, or any other colour you choose. You can select fonts etc...

Sylvia, I'm assuming your friend has contacted you under your real name and email rather than your fake ID . If you can't spot her in search boxes, if you know her email then ask her to search for your unique ID and befriend you that way.

When you join FB it asks would you like to invite friends from your email contact list, if you click yes everyone in your contact list receives an invite. She may have done this

I rather liked that one --- as I really am getting to the end now -- will have to start sorting it all out

Have about 14 Family History Albums --with photos and stories to all write up and then sort our something for a few nieces and nephews

Actually getting worried now --- what the hell am I gong to do when tree finished

Aaaarrggghhh -----------have so enjoyed it ----have no more brick walls -- just a few more deaths to find --- for all the main lot --- do not really think a death really it matter for every one of the leaves -- they are there with all the bits and pieces ---do you all think that is acceptable

Jax

I have promised myself 3 times to not respond to the posts - but she is so so thick -- she concedes one point --- then goes on another tack --- then before you know it -- she is refuting or repeating the point sh has conceded on --- and around and around she goes

She responds to all and every post irrespective of the subject matter -- and if all fails -- has to post -- I know nothing but others may ---

Rootsweb -- told her to cut the bump !! why cant she go on Ancestry

I have only produced an interim tree for my cousins using FTM and a word processor and it worked well. I obviously missed off my mothers side and just went back a few generations on their fathers side to whet their interest. I took the tree to a local printers who printed it so that it could be folded into an A4 size book. I also write biographies for the more interesting ancestors, like my tea merchant 4x great grandfather, the Bishop. I would love to know why my very wealthy cousins of my 4x great grandfather never married and they lived into their 80's and died in the 1880's leaving £150000 plus all their property in Scotland and England to the Roman Catholic Church. I would have thought they would have been considered a great catch.

I don't think you need every death, you need to leave something for future generations.

I was going to respond on the suicide post that she replied on, but thought better of it.
She has been posting on FMP page I noticed earlier, maybe she will do better on there?

Ive just been looking at this as well ------.There are some very obscure requests today on the site

You know this from the marriage certificate? what was his occupation and what date did he go to America?

Please give the full details from the 1901 census so that we can see the family we are looking for and where.

and "THEY" are?

and they gave her this ( I know this is from FMP )
Saturday 26 February
1891 67, Welfer Street, West Derby, Liverpool
DEARE, Peter Head Married M 27 1864 Joiner Poplar London
DEARE, Mary Wife Married F 29 1862 Cumberland
DEARE, William A Son Single M 4 1887 Liverpool
DEARE, Charles F Son Single M 2 1889 Liverpool
EDWARD, Jane Daughter Single F 6 1885 Liverpool

Then she comes back with I am NOT WELL -- docs not to hand etc

they them reply
With no other clues I would have suspected that Jane at this age in the 1901 census was one of the servants, living in somebody else's house, there are certainly none living with anybody by the name of Dias.

then after Janey spells it all our for her she has the cheek to post

well done and many thanks that's them have no idea what's happened with the name but am fairly sure it must be them, it would be interesting now to recheck the occupants of 42 Thames St which is the address on the 1st marriage certificate as I just assumed it was not connected. Gosh am speechless have carried that name in my head for years only ever heard it mentioned once. Maybe I just filled in the blanks as knew he was a friend of George and fancied Mary so dobbed him in. Bit of a shock but yes you have done it so thank you very much it is appreciated

What a nonsense she is

Renes

Renes Report 1 Mar 2011 23:25

Oh dear does this mean I have the wrong marriage certificate ? Not the end of the world as presumably can donate it into Llanteg history society but sets me back with my tree. Am wondering if it would be better to contact living relatives.

I know that can't be done on here but have established that some cousins and their children are still in the area, so could probably go ahead with that myself.
Thank you all very much could never have got this far without your help.

How about this from Roots web --- now she knows about living relative

I suppose they where buying their way to Heaven which seemed to be a regular occurrence but not to that extent. Others only left the Church a fiver and the rest to nieces and nephews. Interestingly though the Bishop left his sisters £2000 and £8000 plus all his property in Scotland and England to the Bishop of Galloway, not the Church. He was the son of a wealthy landowner and had a income from renting out his properties.
