Breakfast will be ready about 7:30 am



Tea, coffee, juices


Cold cereals:-
Corn Flakes, Almond Oatmeal Crisp, AllBran, Multigrain Cheerios, Muesli


Hot cereal:-
Porridge, Apple & Cinnamon Instant Oatmeal


In the warmer:-

bacon, sausage patties, turkey sausages, chef's potatoes, omelettes, boiled eggs, grilled mushrooms and tomato mix, fried bread


Pancakes, French toast, Maple syrup, Blueberry Fruit Syrup


Toast, Danish, croissants, crumpets


Jams, jellies, lemon marmalade, Marmite, peanut butter

I'm too early for breakfast......sob........will have to get me own.

Nite nite Sylvia. Xxx

I did promise you a 'Sunday lunch-time' off so I'm just going to get a big plate of that
lovely breakfast then I will go and sort out lunch.

To remind you of the menu:

Crudites with ali oli dip,
Gazpacho soup
Hot carrot and potato soup with croutons
Green salad (with goat's cheese topping if desired)


Roast loin of pork, topped with crispy bacon,
Roast potatoes,
Creamed potatoes with butter and black pepper,
Roasted carrots
Melange of vegetables, peppers, mushrooms et al!
Roasted sausages wrapped in bacon,
Apple sauce
Yummmy Gravy !!

Layered cheese, onion + potato pie (veg)


For pud :

Pineapple upside down cake with fresh cream
Apple crumble + custard
Various yoghurts and fruit sorbets

Cheese and biscuits if you are not yet full up (with a garnish of fresh green grapes and thinly sliced apple ) !!

Lunch will be served at 1.00pm.

Morning Dea....I am looking forward to that lunch when I get back - especially those sausages wrapped in bacon........drool. I'll wash up for you cos you will be shattered after all that work.

Thank you Cynthia - I hate washing up !!

Actually, It's quite nice offering to do lunch as when Sylvia cooks it we only get a 'light' continental type breakfast on a Sunday - today, we got a 'whopping big' yummy one like we do during the week !!!
