House for sale in Spain -- thanks for asking Dea

Dea

Had a couple fly over thursday from UK -- supposedly a a c40 year old looking for a house for his parents and perhaps one for himself --- set all the house up English style --- even put Heartbeat on the outside TV

In reality a young ( under 30 ) man Dutch -- with his spanish borne partner ( whose parents live in Murcia )

Saw all around and shook my hand when they left -- said you have beautiful home and said they loved the garden -- asked about the fruit trees

( remember over here -- the owner keeps out of the way - the agent does the viewing )

Heard afterwards -- good reports -- very competitive ( cheap ) price and they flew back to UK friday morning --- say will be in contact with agent later to arrange 2nd viewing and to see other houses for themselves ( they did have time to look at a couple of un modernised Cortijos

So who knows ------ same as everywhere else ---a waiting game

Renes

Edit --- as these post go straight to internet have done an edit

I am normally fairly good with remembering usless infomation dates Cyn.

I know it was the first real date with an ex fiance and we got together on the 15th May so I would think it would of been in the next week or so after.
