Hi, I have a jennet hill whos maiden name is cope. I have her family from 1901 but l cant seem to find her anywhere.
Her husband was william hill.
She was born 1878 rougly. Im on ancestory but l still cant seem to find her. I am looking for JENNET COPE and her parents

She was born in staffordshire tamworth, and im sorry about not giving information. Im a bit new to all of this.
I can find her birth either and i cant get a marriage certif either, but l am going to have a look now to see if l can get hold of one.

The name Jennet is in my OH's family


and it is a b****r to search


it can be Jennet, Jennett, Jannet/t, Janet etc etc etc


I cannot find a birth for a Jennet Cope that fits the description on here.

you need to buy that marriage certitifcate William Hill and Jennet Cope


that will give you her father's name, and whether she was single or a widow.


I did just check Rees Cope ...... and in 1901 he is living with his parents, age 36, unmarried ...... but there is also a grandaughter living there.
