There is this entry:

Births Dec 1889 (>99%)
Haynes Mabel Sarah E Bethnal Green 1c 241

The census image does show 5 mths (with an associated tally mark), so the only way I see the two are compatible is if the enumerator mistranscribed George's form, entering 5 mths in the book instead of the stated 15 mths, but how likely is it that the enumerator would misread either his own or George's handwriting, eh.
