Help find birth father Graham White from Poole dor

Hi, I have found my birth mother and am now looking for my birth father but all I know about him is his name Graham White and that he lived in Dorset in 1983 when I was born and he was about 18 - 22 years old at the time. I didnt realise that this was so hard, but it makes it harder that I live in Australia now. Any help would be so appreciated thanks luisa

I now know there is a Graham White that was born in Taunton whos mothers maiden name was Webb. As this is the closest to where I lived in Dorset I am going to try and get details on him. Fingers crossed I can get contact with him

Have you tried a search on this site, friends reunited or facebook, this name is in a couple of member's trees, on this site, as being born in Dorset

Hi Liz, Yeh ive tried doing searches for birth, marriages, deaths, To tell you the truth its quite confusing as the surname is quite popular. Im worried Im going the wrong way. I have found a graham white born in Taunton around the right time whos mothers maiden name is Webb so Im look ing at marriages between webb and white. But for all I know he could have been born ing Scotland.
There are quite a few Graham Whites in Poole Dorset and I think Ive called all but 2 that I havnt been able to get through to. Oh well I will have to keep searching and hope that I come along him somewhere. Thanks for your reply Luisa

Unless I talk to people I probably will never find my birth father so at this point Im going to try pretty much anything to find out where Im from.

What Liz was asking, Luisa, was whether you have contacted the two members of this site who have that name, and same approximate birthdate and location as you have given, in their trees at this site.

Along the line of what Flick said, I think it's inappropriate to put the details you put in your post with the mother's surname, particularly since that person may be completely unrelated to your search.
