	The family that Sylvia has posted is the only one I could find also including the 1911 census. As she says he was not an ag lab, iron stone miner I think. There are none listed under Probate.

	this is the only James Gray with wife Alice in the Glandford Brigg area in 1891 Name: James Gray Age: 32 Estimated birth year: abt 1859 Relation: Head Spouse's name: Alice Maria Gray Gender: Male Where born: Rawcliffe, Yorkshire, England Civil parish: Bromby Ecclesiastical parish: Bottesford Town: Ashley County/Island: Lincolnshire Country: England Registration district: Glanford Brigg Sub-registration district: Winterton James Gray 32 Alice Maria Gray 32 John William Gray 11 Elizabeth Elwitt Gray 9 Hannah Jane Gray 4 Mary E Gray 7/12 Charles T D Maull 3 he's NOT an Ag Lab anyway, I have to say, that it is not very likely that an Ag Lab would have a will. What would he have to leave? and how would he have been able to afford a solicitor or lawyer? Did you look on ancestry, and see if there was a James Gray/Grey listed under probate at an appropriate year? sylvia

	sorry Jane there are no Probate Records coming up for him. I still can't find him in other census returns, was he married /occupation??

	In 1911 the only James Gray born 1859 in the Glanford Brigg area is at Frodingham and born Rawcliffe Yorks

	Jane where did you get your info, I can find no trace of this man in 1901 or 1911 .
