The 1911 addy of 31 Davenport St has addy's of Locke St N & York St (presumably now York Blvd) on adjacent pages. This would put their house abt 2 m E of the present site of McMaster Uni.

I think that I am going to have a good look at all this. I know for fact the Charles's father was born in England

Hi I am not to sure about the Canadian BMD So can you help please.
William Bailey was born in Ontario in 1891 His father was Charles Henry Albert Bailey born in the USA his mother was Mary Bailey nee Larkin born in Michigan USA . According to the 1911 Canadian census William was 20 and Casket Trimmer, and living with his mother & father in Hamilton West at 31 Davenpot (?) can someone please find a marriage for William as I don't know how to go about it to honest
