This looks like Kezia in 1901 working for a doctor |

I think this could be her in 1911 - listed as a widow following William's death |

This looks like Keziah in 1871 - The only way to be certain would be to buy the cert. If the marraige is correct and William, remarried following her death then his wife should have been listed as Keziah in 1881 and in 1891 Catherine - but in fact it is the other way round with Catherine in 1881 and Keziah in 1891 |

I think that William only married once - his wife Catherine/Keziah is given the same age and same birth place in the different census years. The enumerator may have misheard the name Keziah |

I have a marriage for William Smith age 33 fitters mate to Catherine Cumming age 36 on the 16th December 1922. Before they married they had two children Celia Katherine 1919 and Joan in 1921, both births registered London as was their marriage. On the marriage cert the fathers are down as Charles Smith retired council laborer and William Robert Cumming deseased a veterinary surgeon. I have tried looking on census' but as yet have had no luck. A fresh set of eyes might help. I would be grateful for any help. |
