Angelsong I,m sorry that your request went on the turn Its not nice to see helpers turned on by another member when its totally uncalled for.

.I,m sorry you may have been made to feel uncomfortable and you should get an apology from the 3rd party too

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 11 Feb 2011 18:32

I'm apologising for you more than anything!!! you should be the one apologising - you just can't button it can you - I've ignored all the snide comments you've made over the past few days but really, you always manage to go one step too far - you ask me to leave you alone and I would with pleasure if you could manage to stop criticising mine and everyone else's posts

Well I didn't expect all this controversy when I put my request on. I thank all of you who have replied.

Conner seems to change to Connor in some instances.

AnnCardiff Report 11 Feb 2011 18:06

we all know by now that this poster just likes bringing unpleasantness into threads - we all get on fine and we are not a posse - we do not criticise each other's postings - if someone posts twice it's not the end of the world

can't you see that you are the one who initiates all this backbiting?

I will be gone now

I reiterate that I see no point in cluttering threads / confusing posters

if Angelsong thinks I can help further, feel free to contact me by clicking on my name !

Happens sometimes Chrissie It often takes some time to find things and I often forget to refresh
We all try to help but if you want to be the sole helper then say so then we wont waste our time

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 11 Feb 2011 17:46

happens sometimes - more often if you have the posting open whilst you search you are unaware of other postings - hardly a criminal offence now is it

Shirley just happens to have done the same

You need Jane's marriage certificate to learn her father's name

I don't see the family in the 1841 census or anyone in 1851 shown as born in Kilnsea

do you know what other place name might have been given as birthplace ?

Angelsong

Angelsong Report 11 Feb 2011 17:22

Sorry Chrissie, Jane was born 1849. She had a sister in law Jane, and I mistakenly used her dob instead.
