I have looked at the 1911 census under Hiller, and it is spelt correctly (Hillier) on the original. I don't know whether Genes Reunited can correct this? |

It is good to have a site with a census search where you can use the * so that you can search for things like Hil*er - that way you get all the variations. |

I have just noticed that the surname Hillier has been entered as Hiller, but all the details are correct, maybe this is why I couldn't find it . I guess this happens sometime. |

I can't find William Alfred Hillier in the 1911 census. His wife was Mary Jane (nee Thompson) There were three children Albert T b.1900, Ernest William b. 1902 and Kathleen M b. 1910. They lived in Dorset. |
