Hi. I'm trying to trace William Clark ( 1892 ) who we believed lived in Gorbals, Glasgow ( possibly Waterside Street ) before moving to Cardiff. pre 1913, when he married Florence Palmer. I have this marriage record, which states his occupation - Blacksmiths Striker, and his father's name William Clark ( Clarke ), the latter being deceased and a Locomotive Engine Driver.
We have no birth records, are only lead was his thick Glaswegian accent and his time served with the HLI in WW!.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Jean
