Hi Thanks for so much help. Birth certificate says mother was barmaid of 8 Welford Terrace, Fulham and her address at time of birth 103 St Dunstans Road which I believe may be a maternity home or something to do with the hospital. |

Just wondering if Beryl has the birth cert?? Maybe one of the 1911 addresses is on it. |

Well, so far I've been more interested than Beryl, but I'm tired and hungry, so I'll leave her to it! |

Probably a complete red herring, but if you look at Beryl's surname, a connection to Boes does not look impossible. |

Kath/Maureen -- I was editing my earlier post to add a Kate from 1911 -- but it looks like you have the one I had in 1901 ... so which is it? ;) |

This looks like the family that Janey found in the 1911 census (seems much more likely to be the correct family):- |

But so as not to go too far astray, I think this is more likely the Kate in question. |

If the Kate Isabel Webb who was recorded as mother was a widow, her birth surname should technically have been recorded as well. |

Nope the odds of anyone knowing about her seeing your message are pretty slim. A few milion to one, I'd guess! |
