on daughter Rebecca's marriage (see parish reg transcript p1) in 1867 Thomas was not described as deceased either

However it is not always a guarantee that he was alive - some registrars did not ask that question! Though more likely to be described as deceased possibly in the parish register

probably is the daughters marriage
