Familysearch.org shows her as Jennet Cardwell.
There is a Jennett Cardwell christened in Plumpton Wood, Lancashire on 7.1.1727 (or 1728, according to which entry you read), daughter of Robert Cardwell.
Hope it's of help :-)

Jennet was a very popular forename in the 1700's and 1800's - my grandmother was a Jennet

I can't find her birth or parents!

She married a Hugh Heatley in 1749 in Salmsbury, Lancashire but no Caldwells at all are on IGI for that area or Preston.

Any idea where the name Jennet or Caldwell could be from

All Caldwell marriages on IGI from 1700 - 1730 are in Scotland

but I cant find a Jennet Caldwell there either.

Any ideas anyone?
