thanks Astra, that now poses a problem where was John Edaward Walker in 1861 I know he died in 1862 and is buried in Marton Churchyard.
In the will it states that if Clara Augusta Walker reaches the age of twenty one she inherits some money, so it would be nice to know what happen to her. Did she marry or die before 21 yrs of age?

John Edward is living and farming in 1861 in Beverley. He is noted as married. So it looks as though the marriage has broken down. He dies, as you say in 1862.

Is there any chance you could find out anything about Moses Walker brother of Edward Walker born 1799 halsham died 1864 thats Edward not moses,as he also inherits in the will.

Can't find a Moses from Halsham and there is no baptism for a Moses there. Did the family move around? Does Edward give any details of his occupation or location in the will?

This one looks the most likely as it is in the same area around Hull and Edwards father is also Edward from his baptism record.

EDIT: No Mary's fatherr was Thomas Caley. Maybe Cousins?

Hi Astra,
Sorry for taking so long to get back to you, had to go out. I have looked at Edward Walkers will and he made it on the 9th February 1863,which would appear to be just before Moses died if the Moses you found is the correct one.
Edward is noted as a Gentleman in his will, he appears to have owned land and property at some time.
