ats personell records

can anyone tell me how i can find a personell list for the auxillary territorial services please.
my mum in law was in the ats in 1946 ish she is a bit vague at 86. she did her training at pontefract. she has no idea of her service number, but was only in for a short time as she got pregnant by an italian prisoner of war and had to leave the force. she worked in stores and was posted to tidworth sailsbury plains.
can any one guice me as to where to look, i have tried ancestry.co.uk but no luck please can someone help me
