Just about impossible that anyone will recognise her from 80 years ago.
Do you know anything at all about her - age, relationship, what?

Sorry I do not understand any of this, all I am trying do is find if anyone knows anything about Rose Green who lived with my paternal grandfather until his death in1927 at 11 King Street Brighton and lived there until 1928 then disappeared.
