Military records for FINSBURY BARRACKS

Hi Everyone
Can anyone please help in finding the military records for Finsbury Barracks in Holborn, Middlesex? My grandmother was born 1872-73 there but I can't find any old records. G.grandfather [James Hugh O'Connor] was stationed there approx. 1870-1875 and three of their children were born there.

Would she not still have to be registered in the normal way.Military records are held at Kew.

Hi Chris
Thank you for your reply. Yes James Hugh 1874 was their son, rest of the children were:Mary Teresa (my grandmother) 1873; Edward William - 1874; James Hugh - also 1874; all born in Finsbury Barracks - John T - 1875; Annie Eliza 1879 both born in Manchester, Lancs. After that he died about 1880-82 his wife Annie re-married - name Gibson.
