Help please How do I find the names etc for my father in law's parents His name was Percy Victor Gibson and he was born of the 15th July 1926
Any info would be much appreciated
I believe his mothers maiden name was Miller

This is a pure guess based upon the fact that it appears to be the nearest geographically and time wise to the first post 1915 Gibson/Miller birth in Chelmsford (1923).
