I am researching William Holdsworth (1812-1860) who lived at Snig Hill, Sheffield. I have hit a dead end for his father, also William, and would appreciate any information on the Holdsworths who were spoon makers amongst other things!

According to The Derby Mercury (Derby, England), Wednesday, January 14, 1835 William Holdsworth, Spoon manufacturer Sheffield, was declared bankrupt and had an hearing at the Town Hall, Sheffield - January 22 until February 20 1835.
