I'm looking for the marriage of my Grt/Uncle who married sometime after 1947 - 1955

Would like to know who he married & yr Please.

His name John Gurney. possible middle name 'William'.

He was B 1885. New Brompton. Kent.... re-married after 1st wife died 1947.

wife's name..... may have been 'Vera' surname ?.....as the name on old PostCards to my Nan says Vera & John.

No,..... he would not have married abroad, was getting too old, but i beleive he would have married Gillingham, Chatham, or Rainham. or Sittingbourne...Kent.. as thats where he had Died...
