Thank guys

yeah i know it was the ragged school in the 1860's and was warehouses before that but am doin some reasearch for some friends and wanted to know what it was before that and if it had a road name at all

Looks like it might have been Canal Road by 1864?

Bit later than 1700-1800 but getting there :)

Do you mean that you think Copperfield Road had a different name in the 1700 or 1800's.? If so you would need to check with the local archives for the area to see if they had any old maps.

Hi would anybody know how to get street names from the 1700 - 1800

it is for 46 - 50 copperfield road, mile end, london E3

Would be gratefull for any help
