I know who her father was now it was Richard Soar Garton who died 1887 Isle of Wright mother was Caroline Elizabeth Parsons.
Richard and Caroline married 1884 in Warwick Annie was then named after his siser Annie Soar Garton who died in 1883

My next question was could yoy look up Caroline on the 1891 cneus to see if there was anymore children.

William Parson aged 9yrs on the 1901 census would not have been Richards son as Richard died 1887.

As you know its the Gartons I'm looking for. Annie Soar Garton married Fredrick George Wilcocks june qtr 1908 Marylbone.
