Find Ancestors

I have looked on the 1911 census and found details of Albert Harrison (aged 42) a Carter and his wife Ada (aged 38) both born Stratford upon avon.They have apparentlyly been married 18 years.Their seven children are all born in Birmingham.Along with their 3 eldest children Albert (16) Kate (14) and (William 10) they should be on the 1901 census but NONE of them appear.
Can anyone explain why.I cannot find an Albert Harrison born Stratford on the 1871,1881, or 1891 census either.I would welcome any suggestions.

Many thanks to one and all.I have tried every spelling of Harrison known to man but had never considered Harris. You lot never fail to amaze me with you ingenuity. I think we have it caracked but how odd they have made the same mistake in the 1891 AND 1901 census.

Ian, I found them by looking for Ada using first name only. Maybe they added the "son" to seem posher! Or if like my ancestors hiding from the rent man ...
