Hello could anyone help me im looking for George Laing and Jessie Websters children I know that they married on the 8th June 1894 Inverness, and that they had a total of 8 children going by the 1911 census they went on to lose 4 of them I wondered if anyone could find out when and were they died and what off. Two of the children I can't find anything at all about are George Laing born inverness in 1897 and his brother Claude Laing born 1901 also in inverness they are both on the 1911 census but nobody seems to be looking for them any advise on how I might find any info on them would be great.
Jessie died young aged 38 in Edinburgh in 1913.
Im sorry if this sounds confusing and thank you very much for you help.

Have you tried searching the death records on scotlandspeople?

It has the facility to search for a death using a combination of surname and mother's maiden name, just leave the forename blank.

I was lucky enough to find my great grandfather's sister (who was born and died between census') this way. Although not all records have had the mother's maiden name transcribed onto the search facility, it may be worth a try.
