Find Ancestors

Hiya, not been on here for a while but having opened a whole new area of my tree I was hoping for a bit of help.

I am trying to find more details about Robert Marshall 1869 – 1927 and his wife Janet Fraser 1887 – 1957 Robert's parents were Robert Marchall and Gracie Dunn. I think Janet's parents were Donald Fraser and Elizabeth.

They had several children of which are all dead now. The children were all given the surname Fraser Marshall,
eg one son Robert Fraser Marshall 12 Dec 1907 - Dec 1993

I ahve most of the names but cannot find them on any cencus, for the children and also for the parents at earlier ages.

The family were all from Scotland although many moved to England and evntually Canada for many of which their children are still alive.

Any help finding details o fthe parents and the children at early ages would be appreciated. Its the usual 1900's early brick wall I always seem to go through!

what I am trying to find out is did Robert Marshall and Janet Fraser have two sons which they named Robert Frasher Marshall.
I definately know of the one born in 1907 but think there was another born in 1919?

no, he would have been born in scotland.
Looking at my tree on ancestry I think the second Robert is from another part of the family. Its a bit confusing.
Because I can't find the chiildren of Robert and Janet on a cencus record then seeing a list is a bit difficult. Probably because they are all born after 1900.

I think I might need to do a search on scottish cencus. Not sure how easy but will have a look.
