A bit unsure of this can you help me to understand did I do something wrong - I have only started on all this research of my family and I am very sorry if you think that I have done something wrong - I have a lot of stuff on the Igoe/Gillespie link and would like to move on the Parkin/Poxon link - You have given me a lot on this side which I thank you for and I can asure you I an very genuine in my future research.
Thankyou for your help and I will send you any information I glean allthough you are a veterin at this I am only a learner. Any information you need on this side when I add this all to my family tree I will give you acess It did not dawn on me why you had withdrawn access. If I do not hear from you again then I wish you well. It would be nice to keep in touch if you are a distant relation as I would like to know more about Auntie Jean and the Poxon link,.
Thanks again and sorry again my intentions are good.

PM from Eileen.........
Hi Holly
Thanks for your help. I know that Eliz Parkin married William Poxon 1912 - William H Poxon I think may now have died in 1916. I am beginning to piece it together now I think with all your help. Beatrice C. Poxon was the first child born I think 1912 and then William Poxon second child 1915. After William's death in 1916, Elizabeth married my Grandfather 1918 and my dad was the first child of Elizageth and my Grandfather John P Igo at 23 Yates Street, Derby, then there was Patricia C. Igoe born 1921 and then there was Jean E. Igo 1924 both Jean and Pat immigrated to Australia on the 10 packate scheme around 1950. Eileen A. Igo was the last child 1927 who it was always said died in childbirth but not a topic that we were able to discuss. Also she was my namesake,.
Eileen i think your safest bet would be to purchase William and Elizabeth's marriage certificate which will give you the names and occupations of their Father's (If the Father was known!) and the age they were when they married. PH.

Do you have any other information regarding William and Elizabeth?
Any dates that might tell us when and where they were born...........or who they married before.............and when or where??
Did they have any children from their first marriages?
Do you know when they died?
Any information you have may be helpful. PH.

Hi Shirley thanks for your message.
My dad John Igo was born at 23 Yates Street in Derby, 1918, so the family lived there that year but cannot track them. Still trying to find more info.,

Also its not quite clear ?? who are you starting with. You say William Poxon and then an Elizabeth and a Jean. Perhaps you could set it out in chronologial order so we can see where we start looking

Hi everyone
Very new to this but trying to plod on, can anyone tell me if they have any information on the above names. They were married before Elizabeth married my Grandfather and had two children Beatrice Poxon and William Poxon. Then she had four other children, John Igo, Jean Igo, Patricia Igo and Eileen Igo who sadly died in childbirth. Jean and Pat went to Australia around 1950(also trying to trace them) on the ten pound package. William (Bill) Poxon who was married and divorced from Jean around the Derby, England area.
Any help appreciated.
Eileen :-)
