Marriage Certificate help

Can anybody find a marriage certificate for Susan D Forrest, now living in London.
She was born Susan Diana Hardy in 1950 in Wickford, Essex. Mother's name Barbara Lait.
Susan married in 1984 to Charles Alexander Gore, Islington but he died in 1985.
She eventually remarried to a gentleman surname of Forrest but I can't find any trace.
Thanks.

Her marriage as a widow should be registered under her married name. No marriage registered in England or Wales with those names 1985~2005 as far as I can see.

I'm at a loss to see how the information I found on Peerage.com was reported for deletion yet this thread is allowed ?

If you believe her to be alive try 192.com

Lindsey*,

Without knowing the content of your deleted post I obviously cannot know what information it contained. What I would say however is that the OP of this thread has really only done the things that the instructions GR issues and "Stickys" on the "Find Ancestors" board and indeed that you have included in your "Researching" comment . I.E. She has given all the details, name, date and place.

Had I have discovered the answer to the question the OP had asked however, I, and I am sure most other helpers, would not have posted them on this open forum but would have sent them to her by private message.

Just lately there appears to have been an increase in the number of posts/threads that have been reported for deletion. Whilst no doubt some of them warranted a report there have been others which seemingly did not as GR have reinstated them. It would appear that some posts/threads are being reported for vindictive or malicious reasons rather than for their content.

The information I posted was from Peerage.com and had been in the public domain since 2003 , just another case of the phantom deleter with itchy fingers.!
