I am trying to find birth / baptism records for Walter Brodie born c1813
Rothbury Northumberland, his father was William Brodie ,I would also
like to know the name of his mother.
Any help would be appreciated

At that time a lot of people from Northumberland were non-conformist and these records are kept separate from parish records.

The County Records office for Northumberland have a lot of non-conformist records transcribed and they are quite easy to search so it may be worth giving them a call and they may be willing to look for you if you can't get there yourself.
