Lindey Stock(s) - where did she go?

Lindey was born in Albury, Herts 1830. I have her in the 1841 and 1851 (as Lyndey) census, still in Albury with her parents. I am fairly sure she married George Chappel in Bishops Stortford in 1853, and then they both disappear.
Can anyone help find them?
Thanks Sue

I think you are right about the marriage- it's an unusual name - but not sure why you think it was George she married?

Because there is a Charles and Amelia Savill in 1861 I believe that my Lindey married George Chappel. There seem to be quite a few Chappels around at that time, but I'm not sure where my George came from or when he was born because I can't find either of them in the 1861 census.
