Member Since: June 2005 Posts: 318 Send Message	Hi i am trying to find as much info on a Mary Fletcher born 1801/3 in Newport/Wellington area of shropshire. It would be appreciated for a look up on 1841/51 census to see if she had anychildren still at home with her, and to what names. Believe to had wed a John??Rowley, wed in 1829?. but conflicting details of year of birth or to which area he came from, possibly census would show this also. For John? born between 1801/5 is it stafford or shropshire or elsewhere. Whatever info can be found on Mary or John??? would be great thanking you

Member Since: June 2005 Posts: 318 Send Message	Hi, thanks to Prickly Holly and Andy, still a little uncertain as to which family it could be from what you have found. Firstly to 1851 i had originally worked on this family but not sure about it, but Andrews find could be more possible, for i believe the name John and Edwin has been passed down on each generation (although this doesnt prove anything). I know that my gr grandfather was John and in turn his father was Edwin born approx 1831, so will have to work on this line as to what Andrew has found. Have noticed that a Hannah age 20 with the family but this couldnt be a child of theirs, possibly a sister of John do you think? Many thanks again its much appreciated.

Member Since: June 2005 Posts: 318 Send Message	i obtained the info for my gr grandfather on 1861 census, and tried to further tree from there, to which believe his father was an edwin 1830c and trying to go back another generation - hence the request- not sure if edwins father (john) was born 1801c or 1811 and what district, for this is what i am trying to find out to gain the correct tree line. thanks for help and apologise in delay in getting back to you.
