Hello
I recently discovered a short obitiary of my Great Grand Aunt Annie Skinner who was born on 28 Mar 1877 at Stranduff, Kincardine O'Neil, Aberdeenshire. She married a Charles Kellas and moved to Montreal.

She died on 10 Nov 1942 at 37-28 85th street, Jackson Heights, New York. Her funeral service was at Skeltons Chapel, 86-08 Broadway, Elmhurst, L. I. (not sure what L I is?) (near Queens Boulevard), New York.

I know no more or whether she was buried or cremated - though I suspect the latter as its NY. I have no other NY connections and never looked that way.

Appreciate any thoughts on whether or how I can find out more about if she was buried or not and where.

Many thanks
J

I believe L.I. is Long Island.
