hi look for info on stephen parents or silbings. stephen born hereford 1914 is mother was a roden.

you can search on FreeBMD by surname & mothers maiden name after 1911 for siblings.
you may need to purchace Stephens birth cert to find names of parents.

Stephen's birth is on freebmd. There do not seem to be any siblings and no marriage coming up for Bowcott/Roden. Possibly his mother had been married before.

As Margaret said, you need to buy the birth cert.
