So according to the 1841,it does look as if she has died.

Well looks like research on Caroline has come to an end.

Perhaps Caroline didn't marry at all.
I've had a look back on my tree and I don't even have a census for her.So sorry for wasting your time it looks like she may have died.

A note on the above baptism entry says 3 weeks 4 days

Edward was a porter. They lived at Union Street.
