Are you sure Ellen?

I have researched Samuel French born 1777 - but have found other siblings for him who are Anne French (1775), William French (1780), George French (1782), Peter French (1783), John French (1785), Jane French (1788) and Thomas Bush French (1791) they were all baptised at St Andrew in Middlesex and their parents are Edward French and Mary French (nee Freebody).

Thanks %3A-D

Hi Ellen

Thanks for the advice, it is much appreciated. I only know where they were born from their baptism records, I have tried looking on the census but because I don't know what job they did and obviously because of when they were born I can't find them at home with their parents I seem to hit a brick wall

Thanks

Hi Everyone

Not sure whether I am posting this thread on the right bit, as such I suppose I am not looking for specific relatives (well I am) and want some advice or guidance from anyone that has any ideas.

I have researched my tree back to where people were born approx 1775 onwards, the first census I can look at is the 1841 Census so by this time they may possibly no longer be alive or if they are elderly, I am getting stuck as although I have found baptism records it doesn't confirm the occupation of the dad, so how do I search for them and know that I have found my relative, I hope this makes sense and I haven't waffled too much.

Many Thanks %3A-D
