Find Ancestors

This elusive person was born in 1814, and married a Rebecca Stretton, in the small village of yaxley peterborough. But the boundary line changes between cambridge, and northamptonshire so it is hard to keep trace of which side of the fence I am on, however there is no record of Thomas's birth in yaxley or surrounding villages so I am really stuck.
There is another Thomas Nightingale whose father was Joesph born the same year and living in farcet literally the other end of the street.
Could it be possible that Thomas and Thomas were cousins???? Never the less I would dearly like to find my Thomas first before i confront that puzzle

Now there is a Thomas on the 1891 census listed as a widower living with son Isaac, but I cant see Isaac on any of the other censuses so this may not be him?

Just checked the censuses and that 1891 with son Isaac is not your family. He is the son of Thomas and Sarah....so we can rule that one out

So the first death (above) looks like your Thomas. If you get the death cert it should show Rebecca on there or one of his children with a bit a luck
