Find Ancestors

I'm looking for info on Alice Ellson born c1859 in Addlestone (according to the 1911 census). She married James Hether (Heather) in 1878 (27-04-1878) at Weybridge parish church. Her father was a farmer called James Ellson. I have found a census record for Alice Heather living with her husband James and a William Elson (not Ellson) as a lodger, I am thinking William may be her brother.
