Find Ancestors

Hi Jan,

You may be right I appear to have accumulated a few old trees over the years on Ancestry - I have tried to delete them but I can't remember my old passwords :-\ :-\

I live in Cornwall but my sister and I are going to go take a trip up there and see some of the places, I also have the address in Bolton where my Mother was born.

There are several Ancestry trees with this family - is one of them yours? At first glance one appears to be percy's grandchild.
In passing, I know the road Charles was living in! I think the same house might be there, they are old terraced dwellings.

I did do a tree seach but nothing stood out, I would be very surprised if none of my 2nd Meadowcroft cousins aren't doing their trees.

Unfortunately my grandfather died in 1929 and none of the family ever discussed the Meadowcroft side – but I won’t give up :-) :-)

Sorry - I should have added that in 1911 Ernest and Amy are listed as having had 4 children and 3 were still alive

Ernest was my grandfather and Amy Irene my mother - it's very interesting as I did not know he had a sister Annie unless she is Frances Annie which of course make sense.

I've just come back to Genes I have been searching for living Meadowcroft's for about 15yrs when Ifirst started my tree but without success, so I thought I'd give it another try.
