I think that there may be a problem with the Ancestry deatails of the birth.
The image is unavailable to view and they haven't got the one in 1913.
I have had a couple before where the year of birth has been wrongly transcribed.
From the details of her death it would appear that the March 1913 is the correct birth registration.
