Just do a search on the site for John Coltman to see who has him in their tree. Then contact them.

Added:
But it looks as if it is only you, as the others are born elsewhere.
So you could try searching for his parents also.

Death certificate will give more information about him, possibly informant was a relative.
Or, if you live locally, newspaper archives for funeral notices etc.
