as thet were living in plymouth in 1901 the birth info on 1911 may hve been given incorrectly, they may have assumed she was born there bearing in mind where she was living

Could someone with access to the 1911 census help please?
I can see this..Amelia Palmer born 1879 living in an institution in Plymouth Devon.
I have 'lost' an Amelia and wonder if this could be mine.
Mine was Amelia Sarah Palmer born 1879 Portsea Hampshire.
She seems to be on the 1901 and would have been with her mother Annie Down and family in Plymouth.
Any chance someone could get the details of the one in 1911 please?
