I am looking for any information about Reece Jones born in Wales 1840.


We do not know when he arrived in Australia anything about his family etc. He died in Berridale NSW Australia

Ah I see, Berridale cemetery has him listed as -

Jones Rees b. 16 Nov 1840 d. 28 Apr 1904 parents unk; 'Woodlands", loved friend of Flanagans.

There is a marriage in 1897 that *may* be him -

Note there was another man named Rees Rutland Jones who was born in NSW in 1840. His parents were Rees & Ann and he died in 1916 in Sydney. So it depends what your starting point is i.e. existing info...
