My 2nd great g aunt Mary Jane Hutchinson married Gustav Nicola Bonnard in 1857 in the City of London.
Her 2nd marraige was in 1868 to Charles Onyon.
Gustav appears to have been born in France c 1825
His father on his wedding banns was Pierre Jean Bonnard but appears as Pauline on the transcription.
He seems to have arrived in England in 1845.
I have all the info to support this except
a. his birth
b where was he between 1857 and 1868
c when or where did he die
d did he reurn to France

I would be grateful if anyone could thro any light on this mysterious man
PS I have all the info on Mary Jane

thanks
Maddy

Possibly he went back to France, did not actually die, but Mary Jane assumed or hoped he was dead and married again. Did she have any children with him?
