Trying to find the birth/death registration for a stillborn girl - born sometime between July 1940 and May 1945 (birth dates of her sisters) in York. |

Stillborn births are not registered the same as live births. Their details are kept in a seperate register and are only accessible to the parent or direct next of kin. |

Still birth register is a separate register and isnt open to the general public. It can be viewed by the next of kin if they prove their connection and the birth parents are both deceased. |

Both parents are deceased - the baby would have been my mum's sister. |
