Looking at the 1911 census it says that Annie had 7 children and 3 died i can find 5 but not the other two, can anyone help ?

Please can you give us a clue of which George & Annie Ayres
you mean? Could you give us their ages and where they lived at the time of the 1911 census.

Oh of course, silly me. Thomas Ayres b 1863 Maidstone, Annie b 1865 Bearsted, kent, Thomas was a Dustman in 1911 in Maidstone.
Thomas was 47 in 1911
Annie was 44 in 1911
