Says he got the Victory/British and Star medals bu they were incorrectly engraved so were returned and reissued in 1915...If this is him

Trying to find details of one of my Great Uncles, Thomas Garrity.. I have him in 1901 living at 6 Low Street, Farnworth, Lancs aged 8 and in 1911 at 24 Cobden St, Farnworth. He served in the Kings Own Yorkshire Light Infantry during WWI and I have a diary written by him while serving in Salonika. That's where the trail ends. If anybody can help please do get in touch.
