Find Ancestors

Can anyone please help me find Alfred Underwood (b1882 Paddington London Uk) in 1911census? I have him in Harrow in 1901, but nothing after that. I have looked, with no success. He may (according to family history) have been in an institution in Surrey and I am not sure how to proceed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :-)

Possibility? People in hospitals, institutions etc tended to be listed under first initial only and often with birth place unknow (U/K) This one says Herts but also Henley and I thought Henley was Surrey so might fit area. Also take a look at the occupation, you might know based on your reasearch whether it fits.
