If you do not give all the details you know how are we supposed to know what we are looking for.

Did not see any mention of Norfolk in your opening post or should we just guess where he was born? Like the rest I worked out for myself with little info...which is now wrong!!! Can I ask how you know he was born in Norfolk

That death I posted above Mike Would be him I would think, along with everything else, I would just like some sort of explaination where Norfolk comes from.

My apologies Jax; I did indeed get the wrong death certificate for James Moore. Also it was my James' brother that had a daughter named Florence
which compounded my mistake. The 3 census records you quote are the ones relating to my family & the deaths records for James & Emma L appear correct, so thank you for that.
I see you're researching the Pugh family, my wife's mother came from the Guard family which had some connection with a Pugh family from NSW Australia ; any connection?

My researching is a joke they are fireman from a childrens tv program from years ago called Trumpton in the UK

As it happens I do have a Pugh in my tree but he was only briefly married to a gt aunt of mine before he was killed in ww1
